VercelRuns behind the scenesEverstead uses Vercel to host the application and serve published customer websites. Your domain connection and hosting are managed as part of active care.
Keep your own domain registrar and renewal billing. Hosting ends when your included or paid service period ends.
StripeRuns behind the scenesStripe handles your Everstead launch payment and care subscription. You review the charges in hosted checkout and manage renewal through your workspace.
This covers paying Everstead. Taking payments from your own cleaning customers is not included in the standard website package.
ResendRuns behind the scenesEverstead uses Resend to send inquiry alerts to one inbox you verify. Requests are also saved in your workspace, so you have a place to check them.
We test receipt before launch is complete. Your existing mailbox stays with its current provider; mailbox migration is separate.
Managed launch setupGA4 setup is included in the launch scope. We review existing resources, arrange authorized access and verify the agreed measurement on your published site.
Visitors choose whether to allow analytics. Reports reflect available measurement; a click is not proof of a call or booking.
Search ConsoleManaged launch setupSearch Console setup and sitemap checks are included. Your access and verification are part of the handoff, with useful existing resources preserved.
Setup does not guarantee indexing, rankings or leads. Google Business Profile management is separate from this package.Keep your registrar, business inbox and appropriate existing Google resources. A supplied booking link can direct visitors to the scheduling service you already use.
An ordinary existing booking link is included in base care. For managed booking or email signup, select a service in your account. We arrange the access, connect the customer journey and record a functional test. Bringing an existing account has $0 setup; its service care adds to your monthly total.
Next.jsEverstead’s application is built with Next.js. The public website and private workspace are parts of the same maintained service.
PostgreSQLApplication records use PostgreSQL through Prisma Postgres, including website versions, launch records and inquiries. Your private inquiry records are not published on the website.
We record your approved launch setup and verify the agreed access during handoff. The standard package includes managed Google setup; optional Google sign-in inside Everstead is a separate connection. Some setup steps require the account owner’s participation. For optional providers, you own the account and pay their subscription directly. Everstead charges for agreed setup and ongoing connection care. Stores, memberships, CRM and other workflows receive a reviewed quote before payment; a request does not promise automatic support.
