A homeowner should be able to answer three questions quickly: do you clean what I need, do you serve my area, and how do I ask for a quote?
Make the first screen do a useful job
Lead with the work and the place. ‘Recurring home cleaning in [your real service area]’ gives a referred visitor something concrete to recognize. Follow it with a short explanation of your service and one primary action, such as ‘Request a cleaning quote.’
Use the same business name that customers encounter in referrals and your public listings. If you have several contact options, make the main route obvious and keep the phone link available for people who prefer it.
- Business name and the type of cleaning you provide
- The area you actually serve
- A real photo you have permission to use
- A clearly labeled route to request a quote
Give each of the four pages a job
Home helps someone recognize the business and decide where to go. Services explains what is included, what is excluded and which type of clean fits their situation. About introduces the actual people and approach. Contact makes the next step easy and explains what happens afterward.
You do not need a separate page for every town at launch. Begin with accurate service-area information and useful service descriptions. If a future page answers a distinct customer need, build it around that need rather than changing the town name in repeated copy.
Replace broad promises with facts
‘Quality you can trust’ is hard for a stranger to evaluate. A real team photo, a specific description of your checklist and a clear explanation of how access is arranged give them more to work with. Mention insurance, screening, training or certifications only when you can verify the statement and its current scope.
Reviews should come from actual customers and be used with permission. Keep the meaning intact. A stock photograph can support a design, but should not be presented as your employee, your customer or your completed work.
Test the part that turns interest into an inquiry
Open the site on your own phone. Navigate every page, follow the phone link and send a clearly marked test request. Check both the visitor confirmation and the destination inbox. A form that looks good is only half the job.
Ask someone unfamiliar with the business to find the service area and request a quote. Note where they hesitate. Fix that friction before adding another section or asking more people to visit.
- No sideways scrolling or cut-off controls
- Clear field labels and useful error messages
- A confirmation that describes the next step
- A test request received by the person who follows up
