Prepare your cleaning website content in one sitting

Gather the business facts, service details and real proof that turn a generic preview into a website you can approve.

THE USEFUL PART

You do not need polished copy to start. You need accurate facts, a clear service area and a few details that only the owner can confirm.

Start with the facts that shape every page

Write the business name exactly as customers know it, the kind of cleaning you offer and the area you serve. Then list your public contact details and hours. Separate facts you can confirm from details you still need to check.

If your current website is outdated, identify what should change instead of expecting someone to guess. A correct phone number on one page does not resolve an old number on another. Your approved brief should become the source for the finished site.

Describe services the way customers ask about them

For each actual service, explain who it is for, what the clean normally includes, what is excluded and whether a visit or further information is needed for pricing. Do not add a service just because a competitor lists it.

A simple note such as ‘We offer recurring home cleaning in these three towns; we do not handle post-construction cleanup’ is more useful than a paragraph of generic enthusiasm. Only publish prices, availability and guarantees you intend to honor.

Gather a small set of real visual proof

Choose one logo and up to six useful photographs for the standard Everstead package. Consider an actual team portrait, a work detail and a result you have permission to show. Look for clear lighting and enough resolution to avoid obvious blur.

Check permission before using customer homes, identifiable people or reviews. Remove personal details that do not belong on a public page. Keep original files and a note about the permission so the launch team can place the assets with confidence.

Make review a single, useful pass

Read Home, Services, About and Contact together. Check facts first, then the order and wording, then visual details. Consolidate corrections into one list so the launch team can work against a clear set of changes.

Everstead includes one prelaunch revision round of up to ten small corrections, totaling up to 60 minutes. A new design direction, additional pages or extra rounds are separate scope. Defects or missed agreed facts are corrected without using the allowance.
